Etthel Windels

Etthel Windels obtained her PhD in evolutionary microbiology at KU Leuven, Belgium. Since 2021, she has been working as a postdoc with Tanja Stadler (ETH Zurich, Switzerland) and Sébastien Gagneux (Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, Switzerland). Her research focuses on phylodynamic models and their applications to Mycobacterium tuberculosis genomic data, with the aim of understanding the factors driving TB transmission.
